      Description

      Performance Boost. Experience powerful performance with reinforced acceleration by installing this Sprint Booster V3 Power Converter on your Tacoma. This module was developed for Electronic Throttle Control (ETC)-equipped vehicles with delayed throttle response and subdued acceleration. It is specifically engineered to enhance up-hill starts, quick gear changes, overtaking as well as crisp on-tap acceleration.

      Acceleration Modes. This Sprint Booster V3 Power Converter has 3 main acceleration modes that can be controlled using the included switch. It can be deactivated or switched to Sport mode to improve the throttle response by up to 30%. The Race Mode, on the other hand, improves the response by up to 60%. Additionally, you can fine-tune each mode with your preferred driving style through the 9 programs per mode.

      Extra Security. To ensure extra security, this Sprint Booster V3 Power Converter features Valet Mode to limit acceleration by 55%, 65%, and 75%. This can be activated and deactivated using a 3-digit pin. Moreover, you can deactivate the acceleration ability with the Pedal Lock mode and offer extra security for unauthorized vehicle use.

      Plug-and-Play Installation. Featuring a straightforward installation, the Sprint Booster plugs into the OE connector located behind the accelerator pedal. The simple installation requires no splicing or any modifications to your truck’s electronic system.

      Limited Warranty. AFE Power offers a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects of this Sprint Booster for a period of 36 months. This warranty comes with exclusions, so please check the full warranty policy for complete details.
