This means that these lights can be exposed to inclement weather and rough road conditions without suffering any damage. Drilling Needed for Installation. When installing these lights, you will need to break out the drill. Using the template included in the instructions, you need to drill holes in the area where these lights are to be installed. You will also need to follow the wiring diagram that is also included in these instructions.
