Reinforced Dynamics. Boost your Tundra’s engine performance by equipping it with the K&N Series 63 AirCharger Cold Air Intake. This intake kit enables your engine to breathe more efficiently by directing the cooler, oxygen-rich air to fill your combustion chamber for an optimized air-fuel mixture. The resulting enhanced airflow delivers significant improvements in engine sound and throttle response. K&N power testing of this air intake showed an estimated gain of 9.25 horsepower at 5497 RPM and a 13.50 pound-feet of torque gains at 3480 RPM over the factory set-up.
No Tune Required. K&N designed this Series 63 AirCharger Cold Air Intake to improve the performance of your truck without the need of reprogramming your computer. Even though a re-tune is not required for operation, ExtremeTerrain still recommends a custom tune to reprogram your Tundra’s ECU to get the best possible performance from this intake.
Premium Air Filter. This Series 63 AirCharger kit provides a cooler air charge by means of a multi-layer, cotton gauze air filter with a high filtration capacity. It also features a pleated design, durable enough to endure multiple cleaning cycles. The conical and substantial, 360-degree configuration allows larger air volume and faster velocity to intensify the cooler air charge. This results in significant improvements in raw power and mileage performance.
Excellent Service Life. Built for long-lasting functionality, the Series 63 AirCharger is composed of high-quality components. K&N uses highly corrosion-resistant material for its intake heat shield to effectively block the hotter engine compartment air. The intake tube is made of high-flow, high-density, cross-linked polyethylene for a remarkably efficient air flow. Durable clamps are also included for a secure installation with high-strength couplers for tight and leak-proof connections.
Simple Installation. This Series 63 air intake is relatively easy to install requiring only 2 screwdrivers, a socket set, and a few wrenches. It replaces the entire factory intake system and features a seamless fit that integrates perfectly well with your vehicle’s other components. The installation process completes with light-to-moderate mechanical skills.
Million-Mile or 10-Year Limited Warranty. K&N offers a limited warranty for a 10-year period or a Million-Mile use, whichever comes first, from the date that this Series 63 AirCharger was originally purchased. Some exclusions and limitations apply; please check the terms and conditions for full details.
Not CARB Certified. This Series 63 AirCharger Cold Air Intake is not currently CARB-certified. It is NOT LEGAL for USE or SALE in California or other states adopting California emission standards.
