Description
Effective Oil Separation. Effectively separate oil from crankcase pressure with the J&L V3.0 Driver Side Satin Oil Separator. This oil separator is engineered to trap any vaporized oil included when excess crankcase pressure is vented back into the combustion chamber. By doing so, this separator all but eliminates this excess oil from accumulating and transforming into sludge while also reducing blow-by. The result is your engine’s performance is maintained at peak levels.
Specialized Design. This driver side oil separator works by using a unique filtration system composed of a stainless steel mesh and an aluminum honeycomb filter. This system works by trapping oil vapors and condensing it into liquid where it’s held in a catch can till it’s ready to be dumped out. What's more, the catch can features a 3-ounce capacity which is good for about 3,000 miles before it requires emptying.
High-Strength Build Quality. The driver side oil separator is CNC-machined from high-grade aluminum alloy for superior strength and corrosion resistance. Machined knurlings are then introduced into its base, enabling you to open the catch can even when greasy. Finally, this oil separator receives an anodized satin finish for added corrosion protection and classy looks.
No-Nonsense Installation. This J&L V3.0 oil separator mounts into preexisting locations on your truck without the need for drilling or other modifications. Additionally, installation is completed using just standard hand tools. Meanwhile, all hoses and hardware are included for a no-nonsense install.
Backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This J&L V3.0 oil separator is backed by a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for more details.
CARB Certification Pending. The J&L V3.0 Driver Side Satin Oil Separator is not available for sale in California and other states that have adopted California’s air emissions standards. Please check local regulations for permitted applications of this product.
