      Description

      Improve Vehicle Performance. With Yukon’s Jeep Wrangler Locking Hub Conversion Kit, you have a kit that gives you fewer rotating parts in your vehicle’s drivetrain. That means less work for your engine, resulting in lower fuel consumption, as well as easier maintenance. The kit comes with premium locking hubs and features a 5 x 5.5-Inch bolt pattern. It’s compatible with both Dana 30 and Dana 44 front axles.

      Better than OEM. Each part in this kit is designed to be superior to its OEM equivalent. The outer axles are made using rugged 4340 Chromoly steel, with every other part also featuring durable metal construction.

      Everything Needed for Installation. The kit comes with everything you need for installation. This includes locking hubs, spindles, wheel hubs, outer axles, bearings, seals, and the tools needed to fit the kit. The outer axles have Spicer 5-760X U-Joints pre-installed.

      Protection for Life. Thanks to Yukon’s limited lifetime warranty, you can feel confident that all parts will be free of manufacturing and material defects for as long as you own them. This is a limited warranty, meaning some exclusions apply. The warranty only applies to the original kit purchaser.

      Application. The Jeep Wrangler Locking Hub Conversion Kit is designed for installation into Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ vehicles made between 1987-2006. Note that some older models of these vehicles have housing that uses 5-260X U-Joints. In these cases, you must install new inner axles to make the vehicle compatible with this kit.

      Installation Difficulty. Installing every part of this kit can take upwards of 4 hours and requires advanced automotive knowledge.
