Dana 30 front axle kit comes inclusive of 4340 Chromoly alloy construction that has been further toughened with induction hardening, material tempering, as well as CNC machining. This finish styling increases the axle’s toughness by about 40 percent more than standard 1040(OEM) steel axles.
Unmatchable Performance. To prevent weakening of the shaft, USA Standard Dana 30 has included the best features into this model during the production stage. Each cylinder goes through a Magnaflux inspection, and all spines are cold-rolled to ensure sturdiness.
Installation. Do seek an expert mechanic for the installation process. The process is quite tricky and sensitive. Keep in mind that this kit comes inclusive of U-joints and full circle snap rings.
Warranty. Dana 30 front axle kit with super joints comes backed by a ten-year limited warranty for its axles as well as a five-year limited warranty against any material or labor defects. You will also receive a 3-year limited warranty for its U-joints.
Application. This USA Standard Dana 30 Front Axle Kit w/ Super Joints has been designed to fit all 2007 – 2018 JK Jeep Wrangler models excluding the Rubicon model.
