Description
Designed For Extra Loads. If you have added oversized wheels and tires to your Gladiator, you may find that your ball joints wear quickly or no longer function with the wheel and tire combination you have chosen. This Teraflex Dana 30/44 HD Ball Joint Kit without Knurl is engineered to handle the increased load caused by oversized tires and offset wheels. This kit is designed for all JT Gladiator models with Dana 30 or Dana 44 front axles. This kit has ball joints without a knurl, which won’t score the inner knuckle and open the bore.
Premium Materials. Teraflex has an excellent reputation for Jeep suspensions. The ball studs are heat-treated Chromoly, the carbon steel housing and threaded retaining ring are heat-treated, and the slotted wear plate is made from hard alloy tool steel for ball stud to socket wear protection. In addition, a magnesium phosphate coating provides corrosion resistance and decreases friction.
Well-Engineered. Teraflex understands that adjusting your suspension as your build progresses or as items wear will be necessary. Therefore, many of the components are threaded and adjustable so that alignment and preload adjustments can be as easy and accurate as possible. In addition, each ball joint has two grease points accessible from either side, and grooves are machined in the ball stud to allow an exit path for spent grease.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Teraflex includes a lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship with this Ball Joint Kit. Please contact customer service for more information.
