Description
Heavy-Duty Construction. Synergy Manufacturing’s HD Steering Kit for the Jeep Wrangler JK is manufactured using only the highest quality materials and components for unmatched reliability. Included in this system are all-new Synergy HD tie rod ends for enhanced durability and longevity. Each HD tie rod is constructed from high strength, forged 1018 steel housing and a 4140 heat-treated steel stud, along with tear/wear-resistant protective boots and HD joints that are greasable and serviceable. The primary links of the system are equally high quality, both constructed from thick-wall, high-strength DOM tubing.
Direct-Fit. Each Wrangler Steering Kit is engineered for a complete bolt-on installation without any modification or additional hardware. Additionally, the system can easily be converted to a high-steer configuration with minimal modification.
Corrosion-Resistance. Instead of being simply painted, Synergy opted to finish their HD Steering Kit in a heavy-duty, knick, chip-resistant powder coating for maximum corrosion resistance. Each part is magnetically charged and coated with extremely fine, oppositely charged particles that are then baked at neary 400-degrees until cured, creating an extremely tough and resilient shell.
Simple Adjustability. Once installed, the drag link can be adjusted without ever necessitating removal from your Jeep. Alignment alterations are quick and easy when equipped with Synergy’s Double Adjuster Sleeve.
Application. This Synergy Manufacturing Heavy-Duty Steering Kit is engineered for use on 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JK Unlimited.
