Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod Ends are engineered to outperform factory, as well as all aftermarket tie rod ends via a more robust build, and a practical design. Install Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod Ends for improved road feel and a safer drive.
Practical Design. Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End feature smartly designed bushings, bearing housings and studs for better a road feel. The metal-on-metal bushing is fully greasable as well as highly resistant to wear, while grease grooves in the ball-end of the stud provide maximum lubrication. Bearings are spring loaded feeding the stud with constant pressure even as it wears. Lastly, Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod Ends’ boot is made from tough NB-Rubber for resistance to tearing.
Tough Build Quality. The Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End’s main components are manufactured from 2 types of steel, each with properties ideal for its purpose. The forged bearing housing is made from 1018-steel for a smoother bearing surface, while the bigger stud is constructed from heat-treated 4140-steel for increased durability. This unique construction makes the Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End one of the most durable on the market.
Direct Installation. The Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End is a direct installation unit. The unit ships with all the installation hardware necessary, for convenience. Please note that this tie rod end is for use with Synergy’s 8121-01 Tie Rod and the 8121-02 Drag Link, with this tie rod end on the pitman arm side.
Application. The Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End fits all 1997 to 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models.
