With Synergy’s Thread Tie Rod Ends, your Jeep feels much more responsive and safe.
Rugged Construction. The Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End features components constructed from 2 types of steel. The bearing housing is forged from 1018-steel for a smoother bearing surface, while the more robust stud features a heat-treated 4140-steel construction, for excellent durability. The Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End’s two-steel construction makes for one of the most rugged tie rod ends on the market.
Designed for Efficiency. Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End’s bushing, bearing housing and ball stud are designed for efficient operation resulting in better steering feel. The wear-resistant metal-on-metal bushing is fully greasable for easy maintenance, while the ball-end of the stud feature grease grooves for complete lubrication. Bearings are spring loaded for constant pressure to the stud even as it wears. Finally, Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod Ends come with an NB-Rubber boot for superior tear-resistance.
Straightforward Installation. The Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End is a straightforward bolt-on installation. Installation hardware is included for hassle-free installation. Please note that this tie rod end is for use with Synergy’s 8121-02 Drag Link, with this tie rod end on the knuckle side.
Application. The Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End fits all 1997 to 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models.
