Description
Exceeds Factory Performance. The Synergy Heavy Duty Single Plane Tie Rod End is designed to replace your Jeep Wrangler JK’s factory unit. It offers misalignment in one direction of movement only, which eliminates drag link flop on your Jeep’s steering rack. This tie rod end also offers a larger shank with no stress riser, along with the elimination of the nylon ball race. Manufactured from heavy-duty materials, this left-hand thread tie rod end lets you enjoy a properly-functioning steering rack at all times.
Heavy-Duty Construction. Just like any other Synergy Heavy Duty products, this Single Plane Tie Rod End is made to exceed factory OEM product and even last longer. The tie rod end features a fully-greasable sintered metal-on-metal bushing design so it has high wear-resistance. Meanwhile, the spring-loaded bearing design keeps the pressure on the bearings and keeps the joint tight to avoid malfunctioning in the steering. The tie rod end stud is made from heavy-duty 4140 steel and the bearing housing from 1018 steel. As a result, the assembly is able to provide smooth operation and long lifespan. Lastly, the boot is made from tear-resistant black NPR material and comes with retaining spring for longevity.
Direct-Fit Installation. Since this tie rod end is designed to replace factory units, it features a direct-fit design and can be installed without body modifications. The installation process is very straightforward and does not require special tools and it comes with all the necessary hardware. A detailed manual is also included in each purchase to guide you through the steps. Greasing the tie rod end with the Synergy High Performance Grease (sold separately) is the recommended for this product.
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. The Heavy Duty Tie Rod End comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from Synergy. It is a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Product with signs of damage caused by wrong installation or modification will not be covered are not covered by this warranty.
