This assembly is designed for durability and precision, featuring high-grade steel construction coupled with a powder-coated forged medium carbon steel that is heat-treated for superior strength.
Reverse Pin Technology. The assembly includes steel on steel bearings and top-class seals on ball joints, ensuring smooth operation and longevity. The innovative reverse pin technology at the tie rod ends enhances steering stability and control. Integrated 30mm 1-1/2 ton ball joints, fully greaseable, provide exceptional articulation and durability.
Easy Adjustment. The adjuster tube is crafted from 4130 chromoly steel tubing and comes with adjuster clamps, allowing for easy adjustments. The tie rod adjuster and draglink end feature 1-1/4-inch rolled threads for robust connection and alignment. The ball studs are made from cold-headed medium carbon alloy steel, induction heat-treated for extra toughness.
