Dual-Dampened for Better Maneuverability. The South Bend Clutch Stage 1 Heavy Duty Clutch delivers smoother engagement thanks to its dual-dampened feature. On top of that, its pressure plate sports an extended lifespan because of its increased clamp load. The clutch kit is made from premium friction material that improves its heat dissipation, giving you more bang for your buck.
Professional Installation Recommended. The South Bend Clutch Stage 1 Heavy Duty Clutch is best installed by a professional. All new clutches require a 500-mile break-in period for maximum performance.
Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. The manufacturer warrants that this Stage 1 Heavy Duty Clutch is free from workmanship and material defects for 12 months or 12,000 miles. You may reach out to the manufacturer for more details on warranty terms, conditions, and exclusions.
Application. The South Bend Clutch Stage 1 Heavy Duty Clutch was designed for use on all 1993-2001 4.0L Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ & WJ models. Note that new clutches require a new or resurfaced flywheel.
