Description
Quality Construction. Smittybilt's OE replacement black denim top is constructed of 23 oz multi-layered, press textured, marine grade vinyl. The seams are heat sealed on top of being double stitched with wick stop threading to block out water. The windows are 30mm DOT grade and come with a 31 percent tint. The entire top is built to resist stretching and color fade while keeping out the elements.
Special Features & Accessories. The wick stop threading is a wax coated 135 gauge thread that resists mold and mildew. The self correcting nylon zippers run smoother and are more durable than conventional zippers. These zippers are incorporated into the side and rear windows, so you can zip them out completely for fresh air. This top also comes with upper door skins.
Application. This top fits over the 1988-1995 YJ Wranglers' OE framework and is intended for use with the existing soft top bow assembly.
Installation Note. This soft top should be installed at a temperature of 72°F since the fabric may contract an inch or more at colder temperatures. The top will contract and wrinkle during shipping, but have no fear. A few days after installation, the fabric should look fine.CA Residents:
