DIY Installation. Polyurethane Spring Shackle Bushings can be installed using simple tools with moderate effort. In fact, it may take more time and effort to remove the old OE rubber bushings than it will to install the new poly bushings. It’s important to remember that if you need to replace your bushings in the front and the rear, you’ll need to buy two sets.
