Description
Alleviate Driveline Vibration. If your Wrangler YJ and TJ truck doesn’t use a CV driveshaft, you need to install the Rubicon Express 1 inch Transfer Case Lowering Kit to reduce the driveline angles and also alleviate the driveline vibration allowing to you to negotiate bends at even relatively high speed.
Steel Construction. Rubicon Express 1 in. Transfer Case Lowering has its components made out of steel material which does not only have an excellent grip capability, but it can also withstand vibrations that are common in trucks that aren’t equipped with rear CV driveshaft. Steel is also crack resistant which results in a longer lifespan.
1" Drop on Transmission Crossmember. The one-inch drop sets the transmission crossmember away from the engine thus safeguarding the engine’s components especially when you drive through a bumpy stretch of road on a rocky surface.
Bolt-On Installation. For easy installation, Rubicon Express 1 in. Transfer Case Lowering Kit comes with 3/4” bolts that secure the components of this kit into the factory stands. The bolt-on installation requires only basic hand tools.

Application. Rubicon Express 1 in. Transfer Case Lowering Kit is styled to fit on all 1987-2006 Wrangler YJ and TJ models.
Technical Note. It’s vital that you adjust your Jeep’s transfer case linkage on installing the components of this kit to ensure proper operation.
