      Description

For Improved Off-Road Performance. If your Jeep Wrangler is running on an NP231 transfer case, you need this Rough Country NP231 Transfer Case Slip Yoke Eliminator. This kit is designed to convert the transfer case from having a slip yoke into a fixed yoke for improved off-road durability and performance. Having a fixed yoke is necessary when you have a lifted Jeep as it prevents the rear output shaft from breaking. The kit also lets you use an extended travel drive shaft to prevent driveline vibration.

Durable Quality. Rough Country ensures that you obtain only the best quality when it comes to your Jeep’s replacement parts. Thus, you can trust that this slip yoke eliminator kit is manufactured using high-grade metal that’s highly resistant to corrosion and ensures maximum protection against rust and other harsh elements. Likewise, the plastic components are made from toughened and durable material to guarantee extra resilience against extreme driving conditions.

Professional Installation. Getting this slip yoke kit installed to your Jeep requires mechanical expertise. Rough Country advises that you let a professional perform the installation. If you have the know-how, you can opt to install this yourself. The kit comes with all the necessary hardware and components as well as a comprehensive manual to help you with the step-by-step process. Please note: you will need the Rough Country Extended Travel Drive Shaft, which aids in driveline vibration prevention.

Limited Lifetime Warranty. Rough Country offers a limited lifetime warranty for this slip yoke eliminator kit. The warranty shall cover defects in materials and workmanship only. You are required to present an original proof of purchase to be eligible for coverage. Rough Country will replace any defective parts at no cost.

Application. This Rough Country NP231 Transfer Case Slip Yoke Eliminator Kit is specifically designed to fit 1987-2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models.
