Description
Fortifies Jeep’s Underside. With Rough Country’s Engine and Transfer Case Skid Plate System, you’ll have no trouble powering through the rocky, muddy, or dusty trails and terrains. This system provides an additional layer of underside protection, shielding your JL Wrangler’s engine and transfer case from flying trail debris and other hazards. What’s more, they come with recessed bolts to ensure that they won’t hang or snag on anything, even when you’re traversing through thick foliage.
Made From Heavy-Duty Steel. Featuring 0.1875-inch thick steel construction, the Engine and Transfer Case Skid Plates won’t be so easily damaged by the various trail debris and obstacles you’ll meet on the off-road trails. What’s more, they feature durable protective panels and a resilient black powder coated finish for a strong and long-lasting performance.
Change Jeep’s Oil with Ease. The engine skid plate component is crafted to provide easy oil-drain access. As such, you can change your Jeep’s oil without having to remove the skid plate.
Easy to Install. Installing this Skid Plate System is easy and it’ll take no more than 2 hours to complete. This is because this system doesn’t need to be cut or drilled, and comes complete with all its necessary parts and hardware.
