This is true for crankshaft journals, connecting rods, camshaft lobes, piston rings, bearings, etc. When rebuilding a worn out engine you'll need to replace them all in order to regain the engine's original performance. And, let's face it, Jeep's need all the power we can get. We offer new high quality replacement engine parts to get your Jeep back on the road. This replacement piston fits 1987-1995 2.5L or 4.0L Jeep Wrangler YJ Models with 0.040-inch over-bore. Includes wrist pin. Sold individually- use four or six depending on application. Replaces OE 83500251.040. Piston, .040 inch Over, 1987-1995 2.5L or 4.0L Jeep Wrangler YJ Models
