Using this axle ring and pinion gear kit boosts the power transferred from the driveshaft to the axles and then to the wheels for a bolder off-roading capacity.

Re-gearing will bring the motor back to the RPM it needs and will improve economy, performance, and shifting. This is the only way to properly compensate for inadequate factory gearing and the increase in tire size while reducing strain on your JL’s drivetrain.
