This Motive Gear Dana 30 Front Differential Carrier is a replacement part that meets or exceeds the OEM quality standards, ensuring smooth driveshaft and wheel operation.

      Steel Construction. This differential carrier is made from heavy-gauge steel for outstanding durability. It’s built to handle extreme driving and heavy loads, providing a consistently great performance year after year. This carrier requires a 3.73 gear ratio or higher and is designed for Dana 30 JK reverse axles.

      Professional Replacement Recommended. The differential carrier replacement requires lifting the vehicle with a jack and must be performed by experienced Jeep owners with a clear understanding of vehicle mechanics. We advise those without a sufficient skill level to opt for a professional replacement to ensure the vehicle’s correct operation.

      One-Year Limited Warranty. This differential carrier is made by Motive Gear in the U.S. and backed by a 1-year or 50,000-mile limited warranty. The warranty applies to all workmanship and functionality defects but doesn’t cover general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

      Application. This differential carrier fits the front end of all 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models, excluding the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon.

      Installation Difficulty. The differential carrier replacement must be performed by those with advanced mechanical skills or professionals. It takes 3-4 hours on average.
