Description

Your Wrangler JL’s electronic sway bar disconnect is designed to disengage the sway bar from inside your vehicle whenever you need maximum suspension articulation. Unfortunately, its location on your front axle makes it prone to damage when tackling rougher off-road courses. This skid plate, with its solid all-steel construction, is more than capable of handling the kind of impacts more extreme off-road driving tend to dish out. What’s more, this skid plate will add a clean look to this section of your Jeep, so you don’t just perform better but you also look great doing it.
Solid Build Quality. This front skid plate is manufactured from 0.187-inch thick premium plate steel, offering maximum durability and strength. This plate steel is then machine-formed and fully welded, providing a precise fit and extra rigidity. Lastly, this skid plate is finished in a chip-resistant black powder coating, giving your Jeep a stark underchassis style accent.
Direct Install Procedure. This skid plate is designed to install directly over your electronic sway bar disconnect without the need for extra drilling or other modifications. Also, installation requires just standard hand tools to complete. All the necessary mounting hardware is included in the kit.
