Ryan: This KC HiLiTes 4-inch Gravity G4 LED replacement fog light is for those of you that have a 2010 to 2018 JK, that are looking for a replacement fog light that's going to put out a lot more light than that factory halogen fog light did. Now, in the later JKs, you do have the option of getting an LED fog light, but if you don't have that and you do have the factory plastic front bumper, this is going to bolt directly in and plug in directly to your wiring harness, making for a very easy install and a great upgrade. This is going to be a one out of three wrenches because, again, it is completely plug and play. There's no wiring to do and this will bolt directly into place. But we'll talk a little bit more about the installation in just a second. So, the factory fog lights in your JK, if you have the halogen ones, are just fine. They do put out some light, but they're not going to be as bright as they could be. And if you've upgraded your headlights because they definitely can leave something to be desired, especially on the JK, and you want your fog lights to match, this is going to be a great choice for you. We all know KC HiLiTEs. They make some very high-quality stuff. The optics, the lumens, the build quality, everything about this light is going to be premium quality. You are gonna pay a little bit more for that premium quality, but if you are looking for something very high quality and something that is going to be a very useful light, this is gonna be it. As you can see, this light does come individually, so you're gonna have to pick up two of these. I like the fact that you can buy this individually because if one does break on you, not that it is going to burn out, or get condensation, or any of those things that you'll get from a lesser quality light, but if you take a stone throw, if something happens to one light, you can just replace the individual one. So, that is going to be a nice feature. This is going to be an LED light and it is going to be a fog beam however, this is not going to be a projector light. So, there are some LED fog lights that you can get that have a projector in them. This is going to be a reflector. Again, nothing wrong with that. KC knows what they're doing. They build a very high-quality light and even though this is a reflector, you're still going to get a very controlled fog beam pattern out of it. Now, the reason that this is 2010 to 2018 and not all JKs is because of right here. It has this small adapter that will allow you to plug this directly into your factory fog light harness, and that did change from the earlier years to the later years of the JK. This is only going to work though if you have that factory plastic front bumper. If you have one of those upgraded bumpers, if you have a special edition JK bumper, this is not going to bolt directly up to that bumper. So, do keep that in mind. One of the other things that I like about this is that it retains the factory adjustability, so this light is adjustable. You can get some tilt out of it. So, depending on how your Jeep sits, if you have more weight on the front or the back, you can aim this light, again, you have very controlled light and you're going to aim it and be able to have it used as a fog light and not just throwing light everywhere like some other aftermarket lights. Now, somebody from the install team will show you how to get this installed. Man: Now, let's get started on the installation of our KC HiLiTES replacement fog lamp for the JK Jeep Wrangler series. Now, as you can see, our Jeep has an aftermarket front bumper and now, we did this on purpose so you can see that even though when you're running an aftermarket bumper, this fog light will still fit just as much as it fits your factory bumper. Now, the first step for our installation, we are gonna go ahead and unplug our fog light and remove the four retaining screws that hold it in place. Ours happen to be 8-millimeter bolts. Yours might be a little different. They might still have the factory Phillips in them. So, let's go ahead and get started. First, you're just gonna reach up in here and unplug this plug. Set that off to the side for now. Now, we're gonna remove the four retaining screws that are around it. Now, this one happens to be missing one or two, but yours should have four still. Now, as you can see on our factory fog lights, it's a very simple, original fog light. The four holes around the sides here, that's where your factory hardware is gonna be. Now, with our new replacement fog light from KC, it uses the same holes and same bracket style for the installation, and this is gonna use all your original hardware to bolt it in. Just slide it into place, making sure you orient it correctly, with the KC facing up so you can read it. Once it's bolted into place, go ahead and plug the new jumper harness into your factory harness and lock it down. Now, as you can see, there's a little bit of extra wire here. You can go ahead and zip tie those up out of the way. That way it doesn't cause any damage later down the line. Now, that's all it takes to install our new KC replacement fog lights on our Jeep JK series Wrangler.
