      Description

Convenient Jeep Wrangler Upgrade. If you need to enhance your Jeep Wrangler with a compact yet effective component, this 4WD actuator may do the trick. It features a machined inner push rod, aluminum body, and a gasket kit to help eliminate various issues with your vehicle. The part activates your CAD system and connects front axles permanently, keeping them from pulling until you engage the transfer case.

Reliable Materials. Many parts of your Jeep Wrangler may fail soon after installation, but that shouldn’t be the case with this 4WD actuator. The aluminum body and sturdy gasket kit are extremely durable, and their corrosion resistance is high. The product has gone through comprehensive quality checks to ensure reliable performance for thousands of miles.

Straightforward Installation. Mounting the 4WD actuator onto your Jeep Wrangler shouldn’t be troublesome. Once you locate the factory actuator on the front axle, it comes down to removing the original part and bolting on the new product. Just make sure to use an appropriate RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) sealant and install it in the correct location.

One-Year Limited Warranty. The 4WD actuator is backed by a 1-year limited warranty that covers structural defects. If you wish to learn more about your policy and its limitations, please get in touch with customer service.

Application. Any 1987-1995 4WD Jeep Wrangler should be compatible with this actuator. However, some exclusions may apply, so please refer to the manufacturer’s website.

Installation Difficulty. You shouldn’t have any issues mounting the actuator onto your vehicle. The installation requires basic skills and tools, and about 45-60 minutes of work.
