Description
Ensures Smooth Leaf Spring Movements. The addition of this Rear Leaf Spring Shackle Kit will help your Jeep’s rear leaf spring to provide smoother movements. With this installed, it will be able to balance the weight of your vehicle while absorbing shocks when you drive over uneven paths. It also helps your leaf spring to change its length appropriately, allowing for better suspension articulation.
Superior Construction. This kit’s rear leaf spring shackle is made of durable steel to withstand the abuse from daily use. It is also applied with a black coating to ensure a corrosion-resistant build. The shackle is also equipped with black rubber bushings that are guaranteed to handle harsh temperatures and driving conditions, preventing them from cracking and deforming.
Direct Installation. Setting up this rear leaf spring shackle kit should be done by professional mechanics. But for an easier install, this kit’s shackle is built as a direct replacement. To mount this kit’s components, raise your vehicle off the ground using a floor jack. If your vehicle has an existing shackle, remove its mounting bolts, so you can mount your new shackle onto the frame. Once done, secure the shackle with the provided hardware.
