Description
Power-Up Your Jeep. Install this blue HPS Short Ram Air Cold Intake and blaze across the trails with your Jeep. This cold air intake features a mandrel-bent intake tube that not only increases the air intake volume, but also ensures optimized airflow. The high-flow filter, meanwhile, has a bigger surface area so it can filter out more contaminants. The result is an engine that gets a large and steady supply of cool, clean air, delivering more power and torque with enhanced acceleration.
Doesn’t Require Custom Tuning. This short ram cold air intake doesn’t require a custom tune after installation. However, it’s best to get a custom tune if you have other upgrades aside from this cold air intake. Custom tuning ensures that you’ll get the best performance out of every upgrade.
High-Flow HPS Washable Filter. HPS chose an oversized and washable air filter from HPS for this kit. This filter can trap even the smallest contaminants, preventing the particles from getting to the engine and causing damage. It also has an increased filtering capacity, capable of lasting up to 100,000 miles before any clean-up is needed. You won’t have to wash or replace this filter for quite a long time, thereby reducing your maintenance efforts and costs.
Mandrel-Bent Aluminum Intake Tube. This cold air intake’s inlet tube is made from heavy-duty aluminum for a lightweight but durable structure. It’s mandrel-bent to increase intake volume, ensure unrestricted airflow, and maintain the correct air-fuel ratio. For enhanced durability and corrosion resistance, not to mention a stylish look, the tube comes with a glossy blue powder coat.
Quick and Easy Installation. This short ram cold air intake is designed for a hassle-free, no-drill installation. The kit comes with an easy-to-follow instruction manual and high-quality hardware to help you complete the installation in about 1 hour.

No CARB Certification. This short ram cold air intake doesn’t have a CARB certificate. It’s illegal for sale and use in California and all other states that employ CARB policies.
