Add Protection Under Your Jeep. The Currie Iron Differential Cover for Dana 44 Housings - Textured Red will provide protection to some crucial components underneath your Jeep. The differential and transmission are two components that can be particularly vulnerable to damage from rocks or other debris in the trail. This diff cover provides extreme protection for when you need it, whether on the trail or on the road.
Made For Endurance. This differential cover is manufactured from industrial strength cast iron. Cast iron is a great material for this use, as it is extremely durable and highly resistant to dents and damage from rocks. Even better, this model diff cover is painted in a textured red paint, which gives it rust and corrosion resistance. This cover provides excellent ground clearance and comes with a gasketed plug and socket piece.
Advanced Installation. This diff cover should be installed by someone with advanced mechanical skills. It should take about 2 hours. Take note of the 3 1/16 inch size and the Dana 44 compatibility.
