Easy Bolt-On Installation. To install the Jeep Wrangler Left Rear Axle Shaft Assembly with Dana 44 Rear Axle is relatively straightforward. It requires unbolting the current axle shaft assembly and bolting the new one in its place.
Installation Difficulty. You can install this part yourself from your home garage, using a couple of good jacks stands to support each side of the vehicle. No special mechanical skills or tools are required. Installation should take approximately 1 hour to complete, depending on your experience.
12-Month/12,000-Mile Warranty. Crown Automotive is confident that its Left Rear Axle Shaft Assembly is free from defects in materials and craft. They have backed it with a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty starting from when you receive the part. The coverage is for defects caused by regular use. It does not include failures and malfunctions resulting from neglect or incorrect maintenance or installation.
Application. Crown’s Left Rear Axle Shaft Assembly with Dana 44 Rear Axle has been engineered to fit 2003-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ's that have drum brakes. It’s not compatible with vehicles that have ABS.
