      Description

      Description. Core 4×4 2.5 Ton Steering Kit For 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU. Includes both the drag link and tie rod. Fits all JK and JKU models with 17” diameter wheels or larger.

      Both the drag link and the tie rod utilize very robust forged tie rod ends. Tie rod ends utilize extremely strong 1.25” threaded shanks and replaceable ball joint cartridges in case one ever wears out.

      Covered by our “You manage to break it, we replace it” lifetime warranty. If you manage to permanently bend the tie rod or break a tie rod end, we will replace it.

      The replaceable cartridges are covered for 18 months under our wearable parts guarantee.

      Available in raw aluminum, or any one of our 10 different powder coat colors.

      1.75” solid 7075 aluminum construction that is designed to flex when hit to prevent bending of the bar or breaking of knuckles. The aluminum has “memory” which means it will snap back straight after bouncing it off a rock.

      Huge 1.25” threads for optimum strength.

      CNC Machined-including wrench flats for easy tightening of the jam nuts.

      Friction washers included to help keep jam nuts tight.

      Steering stabilizer clamp included.

      Designed to be bolted into factory locations. Can be flipped if the knuckles are properly tapered from the top. The proper taper is 1.5” per foot.

      Reversible Drag Link can be flipped to be ran in the high steer position if used in conjunction with track bar relocation kit to prevent bump steer.

      Anti-roll bushings used on the tie rod to prevent it from flopping around.

      Clear Zinc Plating on the threaded portion of the tie rod ends to eliminate immediate corrosion.
