Description

For this reason, you need the Belltech Street Performance Rear Shock for Stock Height. This rear shock absorber combines a twin-tube hydraulic design with progressive rebound tuning and beefier construction. These factors come together to provide advanced damping performance and improved handling control when taking your Jeep on an off-road adventure. On the highway, this design delivers a smooth but firm ride with virtually all the handling characteristics of a stock setup, making it ideal for daily drivers.
Reinforced Rubber Bushings and Metal Dust Boot. This rear shock utilizes OE-style rubber bushings that have been reinforced to offer excellent vibration control for a smooth ride. This translates to less tiring drives, particularly when traveling long distances. What’s more, this shock comes with a metal dust boot for maximum protection against impact.
Beefed-Up Build Quality. This rear shock absorber features a 55mm shock body that’s constructed from high-grade alloy, making it quite beefy when compared to stock. This allows the shock to hold more oil and manage heat much better, preventing shock fade even through rapid damping cycles. Meanwhile, its piston rod is manufactured from chrome-hardened steel for superior strength and consistent performance. Finally, this rear damper is finished in a silver-gray powder coating for stylish looks and exceptional corrosion protection.
No-Nonsense Install Procedure. Installing this rear shock absorber is a no-nonsense procedure that is accomplished without the need for extra drilling or modifications to your Jeep. Moreover, installation is completed using just standard hand tools.
