      Description

      Tailgate Reinforcement. Designed to redistribute the weight of your JL's spare tire across the entire tailgate, Barricade's HD Tire Carrier with Spare Tire Mount will eliminate unwanted metal fatigue caused by over sized spares. The Wrangler's sheet metal tailgate may not be the strongest in the world, but with this big, beefy Tire Carrier installed you won't have to worry about any undo stress or strain. Barricade's HD Tire Carrier will not affect the daily operation of your Jeep's tailgate.

      Heavy-Duty Construction. Barricade Off-Road manufactures its HD Tire Carrier and Mount from 5mm thick, hot rolled carbon steel plate for superior strength and extra rigidity. Barricade then completes the entire Carrier in a two stage finish using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade, textured black powder coating for long lasting durability.

      Bolt-on Installation. Barricade designed their HD Tire Carrier to be a direct bolt-on upgrade for all Jeep JL models. As a direct bolt-on, this Barricade Tire Carrier reuses the original factory mounting points and does not require any additional cutting, drilling, or fabrication for installation.

      Application. This Barricade Heavy Duty Tire Carrier with Spare Tire Mount is designed to reuse the factory 3rd brake light on 2018-2024 Jeep Wrangler JL models, Excluding 4xe.
