How to Install Barricade Rectangular Textured Black Adventure Mirrors - Pair (87-19 Jeep Wrangler YJ, TJ, JK & JL) on your Jeep Wrangler

Installation Instructions:

Installation on a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sport X (Before Picture)

1. Fasten the support rods to the ball joint located in the back of the mirrors using the bolt and lock washer that was already inserted in the ball joint from packaging. Use a 1/2 inch socket or wrench to tighten the rod to the ball joint. (The ball joint rotates while fastening so a pair of pliers might be helpful to prevent this from spinning).

2. Remove the door from your jeep Wrangler.

3. Insert the support rod attached to the mirror to the upper hinge slot from the door. Fasten using the supplied lock washer, nut, and use a 9/16 wrench to tighten into place. (leave it a bit loose to make it easier to adjust).

4. Adjust the mirrors so that you can clearly see out of them when sitting in the driver seat. (I found it helpful to have someone adjust and tighten the mirrors into place while the driver of the vehicle sat in the driver's seat to make sure the mirrors where were they need to be).
