This axle-back exhaust system transforms your stock exhaust tone from a nondescript mechanical whirr to an audacious mid-range roar that’s all business. More importantly, this new tone is surprisingly low-key from inside your cab, thanks to its 180 technology. This patented muffler design effectively cancels out drone leaving you with an interior sound that’s close to stock. This translates to a relaxing driving experience—even when driving on the rugged trails.
Upgraded Performance. This axle-back exhaust system will also upgrade your Jeep’s performance by combining free-flowing exhaust plumbing and a straight-through muffler design. These design elements both work to boost exhaust gas velocity, enabling your engine to “breathe” more freely. The result is practical upgrades in power and torque.
Robust Build Quality. The axle-back exhaust features high-grade 3-inch wide 0.065-inch thick walled T304 stainless steel pipes that are CNC mandrel-bent and expertly welded into their final form. These factors give you a free-flowing exhaust assembly that’s extremely robust and corrosion-resistant. Meanwhile, the included mufflers are also machine-formed and welded to provide you with long-lasting performance. Finally, this assembly features a pair of 4.50-inch wide double-walled slant-cut chrome silver exhaust tips that gives your vehicle a classy style.
Trouble-Free Install Procedure. This AWE Tread Edition axle-back dual exhaust is designed to utilize your Jeep’s factory exhaust location as its mounting area. No drilling, welding, or other modifications are necessary for installation. What’s more, standard hand tools and the included hardware are all you need to mount this system onto your Wrangler.
