Description
Superior Axle Reinforcement. Running larger tire and wheel combos or performing more aggressive off-roading can be tough on your Wrangler JK's axle. Fortunately, there's the Artec Industries UD60 Front APEX Truss. This axle reinforcement truss kit is designed to attach to your UD60 axle tubes and features a peaked design and dimpled holes. This exclusive design improves the individual trusses' strength without requiring these to be thicker. More importantly, these reinforcement trusses improve your axle's stiffness, making them more suitable for advanced off-roading like rock crawling.
Rigid Build Quality. This Kit;s reinforcement trusses start as computer-generated designs based on 3D scanned measurements of your factory axle. This design is then CNC-fabricated using 3/16-inch thick mild steel to give you extremely rigid trusses that fit your axle like a glove. Furthermore, these reinforcement trusses feature a raw steel finish, eliminating the hassle of paint stripping before installation. This raw finish also allows you to paint them in a color of your choosing.
Professional Installation Recommended. This axle reinforcement truss kit installs onto your UD60 axle by welding. You may also need to disassemble your axle to make the welding process more efficient. If you do not have experience with this type of procedure, please consider professional installation.
Application. The Artec Industries UD60 Front APEX Truss fits all 2007 to 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models.
