Description
Improves Engine’s Combustion Process. Adding this Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake with Yellow SynthaFlow Oiled Filter will help improve your engine’s combustion process. Built with a huge open-element air inlet, this cold air dam intake provides larger amounts of cooler air than ordinary cold air intakes. Furthermore, the inlet is protected by cold air dam panels to ensure a steady air supply. With more air available for combustion, your engine will be able to carry its functions better and provide your vehicle with greater power gains.
Doesn’t Require ECU Tuning. This cold air dam intake doesn’t require ECU tuning. However, for the best outcomes, you may perform an optional retune.
Yellow SynthaFlow Oiled Filter. For excellent filtration performance, this cold air dam intake is equipped with a yellow SynthaFlow oiled filter. With this filter’s oiled media, air contaminants are trapped, preventing them from reaching and damaging your engine. What’s more, its filter media is washable and reusable, making it perfect to use even after multiple cleaning cycles.
Superior Construction. This cold air dam intake is built with a high-density cross-linked polyethylene intake pipe that doesn’t easily crack, warp, or deform. Compared to metal intake pipes, plastic types dissipate heat faster for a cooler surround.
Direct Installation. This cold air dam intake directly mounts in your original air filter location while its dam panels are installed in your factory air box. You only need basic hand tools to install this product but you need to have at least moderate mechanical skills to ensure proper fitment.
Includes a Lifetime Warranty. For your assurance, this cold air dam intake includes a lifetime warranty. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferrable. In case your purchased item gets damaged due to poor material or workmanship, you may file a warranty claim.
