Description
Enhanced Control and Support. The Jeep Wrangler Rear Differential provides your vehicle with all the traction it needs. If you want to update your vehicle’s differential system with the Jeep Wrangler Rear Differential, your vehicle needs to have 30 spline axles with a gear ratio of 3.54 and higher. This differential works with a variety of air delivery systems. It has a 10-bolt housing, and it’s intended for rear application.
Sturdy Steel Construction. The Jeep Wrangler Rear Differential is made of chromium alloy steel, so you can count on long-lasting performance. For extra strength, this differential comes with forged cases and 8620 internals. Its air-locking design sends maximum drive torque transmission to your vehicle’s rear wheels.
Direct-Fit Replacement. The Jeep Wrangler Rear Differential is designed as a direct-fit replacement that allows you to make the change from an open differential to a lockup differential. The carrier bearings are included. Modifications are not required for this installation process.
72-Month Warranty. The Jeep Wrangler Rear Differential is backed by a 72-month (6-year) warranty from Yukon Gear. This warranty protects you against manufacturer defects, and it only applies to the original owner.
Vehicle Fitment. If you drive a 1987-2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ or TJ model, the Jeep Wrangler Rear Differential fits your vehicle. When it comes to the differential axle housing, this rear differential is compatible with AMC Model 35 Rear and AMC Model 35 Rear, WJ Grand Cherokee.
Installation Difficulty. Installation for the Jeep Wrangler Rear Differential requires 4 hours or more. Since installing this differential takes such a long time, professional installation is recommended.
