      Description

      Key Features. Mud flaps are great for guarding against rock damage and keeping your Jeep relatively clean, but they can really get in the way when you're about to hit a serious trail. Teraflex designed this Mud Flat Kit with this problem in mind, because the flaps can be pulled off and reinstalled in a flash. A custom rail mounting setup is the secret, securely holding the flaps in place at any speed, but letting owners remove them by pulling out a pin.

      Construction. Teraflex uses a heavy, durable rubber to make the Mud Flaps, allowing them to catch rocks and heavy mud with ease. The mounting hardware is made of steel, guarding against corrosion and providing excellent durability at the same time.

      Installation. The installation process is involved and pretty advanced, so novices should not attempt this job alone. An installation guide is provided by Teraflex, and it's essential to getting the hardware mounted to your rig correctly. You'll need numerous tools to take on the job, including a drill, hack saw and socket wrench. Teraflex also recommends having a grinder, welder and cut off tool. Plan for several hours to get the setup just right.

      Application. This Mud Flap Kit has been made by Teraflex to work with all 1976-2018 Jeep CJ5, CJ7, Wrangler YJ, TJ and JK Models.
