This prevents fatiguing the hinges, ensuring a long life both for the tailgate, and the tire carrier. Additionally, the tire carrier is fully compatible with the factory bumper and most aftermarket bumpers.
Heavy Duty Construction.The Teraflex HD Hinged Carrier with Adjustable Tire Mount is mainly constructed from high-grade cast aluminum to deliver outstanding strength while maintaining a low weight. The kit also includes forged steel brackets to further reinforce the Jeep's hinges. Furthermore, the kit comes with a durable, black powder-coat finish to protect against rust and corrosion.
Easy Bolt-On Installation. Installing the HD Hinged Carrier with Adjustable Tire Mount is quite straightforward. It uses the factory mounting points and doesn't require any drilling or welding.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. The HD Hinged Carrier with Adjustable Tire Mount is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product was initially installed. Exclusions will apply.
