Description
Responsive Performance. This Teraflex by FOX Steering Stabilizer gives you controlled turning with a responsive feel. The hard chrome plated 5/8-inch diameter alloy steel is heat treated and provides long-lasting performance that you can depend on. Teraflex is known for their high-quality products, and this steering stabilizer is no exception.
Quality Construction. This steering stabilizer is constructed using an aircraft-grade 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum shock body with impact cold-forged body construction. The premium materials and workmanship used to create this stabilizer impart incredible durability and strength for an enhanced driving experience.
Moderate Installation. Installing this steering stabilizer isn’t too difficult if you have medium-level mechanical experience. In most cases, it takes about 30 minutes to complete the installation. Please note, due to the large diameter body of the Steering Stabilizer, it will not clear the Track Bar when Mounted on a 2007-2009 Jeep Wrangler JK. The factory mount on the Tie Rod does not provide proper bushing alightment of the Steering Stabilizer. In order to correct this alignment, you will need Fox's part# #803-02-028 and 803-02-040 or Teraflex's part# 1980880, which is sold separately. For 2010 and Newer Jeep Wrangler JK's, it is not necessary to relocate the Steering Stabilizer.
