Description

This replacement part works with your ABS system to monitor the speed of your front wheel and detect whether it’s locking and unlocking properly or not. This OEM-style sensor is an essential part of your Jeep’s ABS system and important for safe braking performance.
OEM Wheel Sensor Design. This replacement sensor includes the sensor and the necessary wires, anchors, and protective rubber guards to attach the sensor to the front wheel of your Jeep. Once installed, this sensor provides important wheel speed information to the computer in your Jeep to help you stop as safely as possible.
Rubber, Copper, and Plastic Build. This sensor kit includes wires sheathed in rubber and filled with copper wires, as well as plastic anchors and a sensor that’s built with a plastic shell. All the materials used are lightweight and resistant to corrosion. When installed on your ride, you can get years of reliable use from this equipment.
Moderate Install Process. No special tools are required to complete this 1–2-hour installation project, but you may want to rely on a professional to replace this sensor. It’s possible to change the sensor at home, but you’ll have to remove your wheel and work around several parts while routing this sensor wire.
