This device upgrades your factory AM/FM radio into a complete entertainment and navigation hub. From this system, you can access a number of components including your AM/FM radio and back up camera. This device also allows you to make calls using its Uconnect Bluetooth application. This way you can keep track of any important phone calls safely.
Complete Navigational and Smartphone Control. This infotainment system comes with an integrated GPS system that interfaces smoothly with your factory GPS antenna if so equipped. This allows you to take full advantage of GPS navigation including viewing 3D maps and landmarks icon, making your travels more efficient. Moreover, this device will work with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, enabling you to use take advantage of your smartphone’s navigation and entertainment apps for even more options.
User Friendly Design. This device features a large 8.4-inch full-color touchscreen display which is optimized for easy navigation. Additionally, this system’s icons are all easy to understand and operate thanks to the highly responsive touch screen. This device also works with the audio controls mounted on your steering wheel for convenient operation.
Durable Construction. This infotainment system features housing that’s precision-crafted from high-grade alloy for durability. Additionally, this device comes with an automotive-grade plastic bezel that offers a clean look when installed.
Plug and Play Install Procedure. This infotainment device is designed to install into your Jeep’s factory radio location using the stock mounting hardware. No modifications to your vehicle are needed for a trouble-free install. Also, this device features with factory-style connectors for simple plug-and-play connection with your vehicle’s wiring harnesses.

Application. This Infotainment 8.4-Inch Screen GPS Navigation Radio Uconnect UAQ 4C Upgrade with GPS Navigation fits 2018-2024 Jeep Wrangler JL models.
Application Note. Upgrading from the 5-inch UAA base model will require the use of a compatible aftermarket GPS antenna if you wish to access this device’s GPS function.
Important Notes.
- Wranglers with the base model 5-inch UAA system will lose their volume knob when upgrading to the 7-inch or 8.4-inch system. If you would like to retain a volume knob meanwhile gaining digital automatic temperature control then you can use Infotainment's Jeep Climate Control Kit. Otherwise, your factory installed audio controls on your steering wheel will allow the adjustment of the volume.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing roll bar mounted Sirius satellite radio antenna. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's SiriusXM Satellite Radio Antenna Kit.
- Please note that if you're upgrading from the base model 5-inch UAA (non-SiriusXM capable) to the UAG or UAQ in order to retain the compass feature you must install the antenna above. Otherwise, Infotainment's GPS Antenna would be required to retain your compass.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing steering wheel mounted audio controls. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's Steering Wheel Audio Controls.
- If you would like to add Sirius Travel Link and Sirius Traffic to the UAQ, then you can use Infotainment's OBD Genie C-STL Programmer. (Subscription with SiriusXM required)
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing digital back-up rear view camera.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing UConnect bluetooth hands-free calling feature. Simply re-pair your phone to the newly installed system.
- Those who upgrade to the UAQ system will not currently be able to subscribe to the Sirius Guardian feature. This is only available for Jeeps factory equipped with the UAQ.
