The result is an exhaust tone that’s menacing on the outside but mellow on the inside. More significantly, this cat-back is designed to offer maximum clearance when mounted enabling you to negotiate tougher off-road trails with ease.
Elevated Performance. This cat-back exhaust utilizes free-flowing exhaust plumbing and a straight-through muffler design to level-up exhaust gas velocity. By doing so, this cat-back decreases backpressure to enable your engine to “breathe” better. This in turn elevates power and torque numbers both of which can help you tackle the trails better.
Durable Build Quality. The cat-back exhaust is crafted from T304 tubular stainless steel measuring 3 inches wide, with 0.065-inch thick walls offering maximum durability and corrosion resistance. What’s more, these tubes are CNC mandrel-bent ensuring a free-flowing inner structure without any performance-robbing turbulence. Meanwhile, its muffler is machine-formed and welded for rigidity and exceptional performance. Lastly, this exhaust comes in a natural finish and a tip-less style to give your Jeep a brawny look.
Direct Install Procedure. This AWE Trail Edition cat-back exhaust installs directly into your Wrangler’s factory exhaust location. No welding, drilling, or other modifications are necessary. Installation requires just standard hand tools and all mounting hardware is included for convenience.
